Rotary Club of Fort St. John
Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations, and helps build goodwill and peace in the world. Approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 32,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas.
Since 2012, we have hosted an annual Mother’s Day Rotary Run and Walk, a community event and fundraiser to promote healthy family activitywhile raising awareness for Rotary and funds for the Fort St. John Women's Resource Society. To date, Rotarians have raised more than $80,000 for the Women's Resource Society with the help of Fort St. John families and Mother's Day Runners.
The event has attracted thousands of supporters over the years who have completed a 5km run & walk, a 10km run, plus many more who ran in the 1km kid’s dash. There will be prizes and refreshments.
